It does this by breaking down non-collaborative tendencies and establishing integrous team agreements facilitated by just-in-time education, AI-supported facilitation tools and an ever-evolving process support environment.

CONTINUOUS LEARNING AND EVOLUTION
The Collaboration Engine learns and evolves from the experience of project teams using it. It then trains future teams in order to enhance subsequent project development. It interacts continuously with all teams in the Organization Network Engine, feeding results into PHOENIX and its other pillars (the Climate Community Network Generator, ClimateScale, the Organization Network Engine and Decision Support AI) optimizing projects throughout the development pipeline.
