WSS participants are invited to join an ongoing educational facilitator program with meetings every Friday. We cannot solve climate change unless we understand the root causes of human decision-making that perpetuate it and therefore, we feel we must learn to learn in different ways. These interactive and nuanced educational programs are designed to support that process. These meetings allow us to challenge our current cultural norms, discuss the most important topics facing humanity and get the skills to mitigate change shock so that people can confidently show up for the rapid transformations necessary for these times. The meeting is 2.5 hours long and consists of discussion, meditations, and slideshows. These meetings operate much differently than traditional meetings you may have encountered elsewhere. Traditional ways of 'moving the needle' on climate change are not showing to be comprehensive and the facilitator's program is a-political and non-religious, striving to bring compassion, understanding, and holistic solutions to world challenges.
